F├╝rstenball dominates dressage stallions in Oldenburg

Multichampion Fürstenball OLD, from the famous Mon Amour family, is the sire of the Champion Stallion and Reserve Champion Stallion of this year’s Oldenburg licensing. Fürstenball OLD was Oldenburg Champion Stallion in 2008, main premium winner 2010, Bundeschampion 2011 and earns victories in Prix St. Georges under Ines Westendarp.
This year, the triumphant Champion Stallion of the Oldenburg licensing in Vechta is cat.nr 65 by Fürstenball out of Casablanca by Sandro Hit - Castro - Weltmeister, bred by Arnold Wegbünder, Nordhorn, exhibited by Zuchthof René Tebbel, Emsbüren. Dam Casablanca gave birth to the licensend and in Vechta developed Lonken’s Fiandro by Fidertanz.
Cat.nr 33, a son of Zinedine out of Panam Air by Contender - Landadel - Ramiro, bred by Gerd Küst, Pinneberg, exhibited by Heinrich Ramsbrock, Menslage, was awarded the OS Champion Stallion title. Dam Panam Air is also the dam of Hans-Dieter Drehers international show jumper Quiwi Dream by Quidam de Revel. The dam line is also the origin of the licensed stallions Com Air I and II by Contender as well as the bronze medalist of the World Championships for six-year old dressage horses and price highlight of the Fall Elite Auction 2016 Sir Olli OLD by Sir Donnerhall I.

Second place in the lot of premium Oldenburg stallions with emphasis on dressage went to cat. Nr 64, a colt by Fürstenball out of Martinique by Quattro B - Ramino - Herold, bred by Heinz und Elisabeth Schulte, Ahlen, exhibited by Johannes Westendarp, Wallenhorst. The dam line also produced the licensed Grand Prix stallions Don Schufro by Donnerhall, bronze medalist at the Olympic Games under Andreas Helgstrand, as well as Don Primero by Donnerhall under Karin Rehbein. Third place went to a strong moving colt by Ampère out of Supreme by Lorentin I - Carthago, bred by Ludwig Zierer, Kollbach, exhibited by Karin Zierer, Kollbach. From the dam line is also the licensed Grand Prix horse Chequille by Caretano with Emma Hindle in the saddle.

Springpferdezuchtverband Oldenburg-International (OS) awarded second place to a stallion by Coupie out of Landora by C-Indoctro - Landcapitol - Grannus, bred by Mario Stevens, Molbergen, exhibited by Stevens Sportpferde GmbH, Molbergen. Granddam Landana ist the dam of Mario Stevens international top mare Corlanda OLD by Cordalmé. Third place in the lot of OS colts went to a strong type colt by Cascadello I out of Bodina W by Balou du Rouet - Ramiro, bred by H.G. van Wijlick, Netherlands, exhibited by BG Schröppel & Serra, Brazil. Dam Avienna gave birth to the licensed stallions Nubalou W.Z. by Numero Uno and Eldorado de Hus by Diarado.
